Cook a 9X13 pan of brownies and cool completely.
Spread on 1 can of frosting - I didn't quite use the whole can.
3/4 c salted peanuts, chopped
3 c rice krisipie cereal
1 c creamy peanut butter
1 bag semisweet chocolate chips
Sprinke frosting with peanuts. Measure cereal into a bowl. In a saucepan, melt peanut butter and chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly. Pour over cereal in bowl, stirring til coated evenly. Spread over frosted brownies.
Refrig about 30 min or until set before cutting. Store in frig.
