Banana Fritters

1 1/2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 T powdered sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 c milk
1 egg
3 bananas, mashed and sprinkled with lemon juice
deep pan of oil

Get the oil super hot, drop batter in oil, take out and place on paper towels (or whatever you have to drain the oil out)...eat and enjoy!!!

Anyone made these recently that remembers how you know when they are good and done?
