2 kilos minced beef
4 medium onions
2 T oil
1 3/4 c tomato paste
3 1/4 c water
4 T lemon juice
4 T vinegar
3 T Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 c brown sugar, heaping
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
2 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp mustard
Brown meat and onions in oil. Brown well then add remaining ingredients. Cook 20-30 minutes. Serves 12-15. (tastes better the longer it cooks) Serve with Dinner Rolls.
