Oven Porcupines

1 lb ground beef
1/2 c uncooked regular rice
1/2 c water
1/3 c chopped onion
1 t salt
1/2 t celery salt
1/8 t garlic powder
1/8 t pepper

1 can tomato sauce (15 oz)
1 c water
2 tsp worcestershire

Heat oven to 350. Mix meat, rice, 1/2 c water, the onions, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Shape mixtures by rounded tablespoonfuls into balls. Place meatballs in ungreased baking dish 8x8x2 inches. Stir together remaining ingredients; pour over meatballs. Cover with aluminum foil; bake 45 minutes. Uncover; bake 15 minutes longer. Serves 4-6.
