Crepes

2 eggs
1 1/2 c milk
1 T cooking oil
1/4 tsp salt
1 c flour

Combine all ingredients.

Heat a lightly greased skillet. Remove from heat and spoon 2 T of batter into skillet, tilting skillet to spread batter evenly. Return to heat and brown lightly. Serve with topping such as strawberries, bananas, chocolate syrup, cool whip, etc.
