Pancake Mix

12 c flour
2 T salt
3/4 c baking powder
3/4 c sugar
4 c powdered milk

Combine well. Store in airtight container. Does not need refridgeration.

To make pancakes:

1 1/2 c pancake mix
2 T melted shortening
1 c water
1 egg, beaten

Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth. Bake on hot griddle. (This is also excellent to use for waffles)
