1/2 c margarine
2 eggs
1 c sugar
pinch of salt
3/4 c sifted flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
5 T cocoa
1 c nuts (optional but yummy)
1 tsp vanilla

Melt margarine; add sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add salt, flour, baking powder and cocoa and stir together. Then and nuts and vanilla.

Bake on greased 8 inch round or square baking pan at 325 for 25 minutes or until brownies are firm but still moist.
