6 large pears (softish)
3/4 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 T flour
2 T butter
Pastry for 2 crust pie
Prepare pastry. Peel, core and slice pears. Mix sugar, cinnamon and flour then mix with pears. Pour into pie shell. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust. Cut slits all over top crust to allow steam to escape. Bake at 425 for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
