Granola

4 c oatmeal
1/2 c brown sugar
3/4 c wheat germ
1 c shredded coconut (or 1/2 c for less calories)
1/3 c sesame seeds
1 c peanuts, chopped
1/2 c vegetable oil
1/2-3/4 c honey
1-1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Heat oats in ungreased pan at 350 for 10 minutes. Mix all ingredients. Bake at 300 for 30-45 minutes. Stir occassionally. Let cool. Break up and store until snacky!
